To provide a fastening device for a ceramic heat exchanger capable of maintaining an appropriate sealing contact pressure and preventing occurrence of a leakage even if a fastening frame is thermally expanded in an axial direction of a bolt member.
A first member 11 composed of a heat resisting material and a second member 14 having a flow passage for fluid for heat exchange with heat of the first member 11 are fastened by the fastening device with a seal member sandwiched therebetween. The fastening device has the first fastening frame 16 for fastening the first member side, the second fastening frame 17 for fastening the second member side, a bolt member 20 for fastening the fastening frames 16 and 17, and a spring member 19 provided between the fastening frames 16, 17 and the bolt member 20. According to this structure, even when the fastening frames 16 and 17 thermally expand in the axial direction of the bolt member 20, the thermal expansion is absorbed by the spring member 19, so that an appropriate sealing contact pressure can be maintained.
