To provide an inner-pressure container manufacturing method by which an inner ring built-in type inner-pressure container can be effectively manufactured and besides an inner-pressure container having an inner ring held at an appropriate position can be obtained without applying a complicated work to a mandrel.
At a given position of the mandrel 1, a tubular member 2 formed by making a plurality of divided bodies 8 abut against each other is inserted into the mandrel 1. Further, an annular body 9 and the inner ring 3 are inserted into the tubular member 2 in an abutting manner against each other. In a state thus created, resin-impregnated fiber 4 is wound around the tubular member 2, the annular body 9 and the inner ring 3 in a lapped manner. Then, after the resin is hardened, the mandrel 1 is removed from the mold and then the tubular member 2 and the annular body 9 are removed to form a fiber-reinforced resinous tubular body 6 provided with the inner ring 3. Then, a closing cover 7 and a holding annular body 5 are provided in the fiber-reinforced resinous tubular body 6.
