This fastening method comprises: a process of positioning a part 50 to be fastened between a thread groove 61 of a base body 60 as a first fastener and a bolt 40 as a second fastener meshing with the thread groove 61 and rotated in a certain direction to be moved in the direction of approaching the base body 60 along a rotating shaft 40a and rotated in the reverse direction to be moved in the opposite direction; and a process of applying force in a second direction to the bolt 40 to generate the axial force indicated by an arrow 45 and rotating the bolt 40 in a certain direction while applying force in the direction indicated by an arrow 101 to the base body 60 to hold the part 50 to be fastened between the bolt 40 and the base body 60.
