To provide a structure capable of surely fastening and retaining a valve body even in a fastening structure sharing a collar.
This invention relates to a structure fastening and fixing an intake manifold 2 together with a valve 3 on a mounting surface 1a of a cylinder head 1 side by a bolt 8 inserted from a flange part 2a side. The valve 3 is fastened and retained by a housing 6 to seat the valve body 5 inserted in the resin housing 6 on the mounting surface 1a. A metal collar 7 is inserted in a mounting hole 9 of the housing 6 and a projecting seat part 10 is formed on an opening part circumference edge of the mounting hole 9 beforehand. The flange part 2a is fastened together with the housing 6 and the valve body 5 by fastening the bolt 8 to make the projecting seat part 10 flush with an end surface of the collar 7.
