PURPOSE: To improve the automatic recovery rate with a fault processing system for terminal equipment by adding a table to a nonvolatile storing means to show the processing states.

CONSTITUTION: A processing status table 21 consists of a processing status code part 210 which sets a certain prescribed number at every processing step and a save control part 211 which controls the copy information when data are written into an external file 3. The part 211 includes the save file names and the save length. An SRAM-a22 stores a copy of the data to be written into the file 3 and an SRAM-b23 always stores the transaction accumulation information to store various types of addition data based on the departments, the persons in charge, the time bands, etc. Thus the automatic recovery rate is improved to the faults of the SRAM, the file, etc.
