Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fault tracking expert system which makes it possible to suit an inhuman system to a change, reduces non-production time, is efficient and has little resistance feeling.
CONSTITUTION: An action classification part 140 infers the skillfullness degree of the fault tracking of a user 110 and classifies the skillfullness degree into any one of plural skillfullness degrees by comparing the present action of the user 110 acquired by an interface 120 with the previous action of the user 110. After the kind of the fault tracking advice imparted to the user is classified into the one of the plural kinds of fault tracking advices according to this skill level classification, the advice is communicated to the user.
