PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide charge type automatic rice milling equipment capable of properly utilizing an eating quality gauge being an optical precision machine.SOLUTION: Charge type automatic rice milling equipment is constituted so that rice-polishing processing can be executed after removing contaminated foreign matter from unpolished rice received to a raw material input hopper (1) by executing coordination operation control on respective process apparatuses of a raw material input hopper (1), a stone extractor (4) and a rice milling machine (7) in response to an input charge, and is provided with sample collection means (S) for taking out a part of the unpolished rice of entering rice milling processing by the rice milling machine (7) by executing stone extraction processing by the stone extractor (4) and an eating quality gauge (T) for measuring an eating quality of a collected sample, so that the eating quality can be highly accurately measured by restraining a measurement obstacle by the contaminated foreign matter in the unpolished rice and rice bran caused by the rice milling processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
