Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for organic waste water capable of reducing COD and chromaticity from organic waste water including a substance being hard to be decomposed in biological treatment more easily and also on a higher level.SOLUTION: Provided is a treatment method for organic waste water comprising: a biological treatment step where organic waste water 1 including a substance hard to be dissolved is subjected to biological treatment under aerobic conditions; a condensation step where the treatment water 2 after the biological treatment is added with ferric chloride 3 and condensation based polyamine 4 to obtain a condensed flock 5; and a flocculation precipitation step where a water system 6 including the condensed flock 5 is added with a polymer flocculant 7 to obtain a flocculated flock 8, and the flocculated flock is precipitated. By the addition of the ferric chloride 3 and the condensation based polyamine 4, the effective condensation of relatively small colloidal grains in the treatment water 2 is made possible, substances not decomposed by biological treatment from the inside of the liquid after the condensation precipitation treatment can be removed compared with the conventional case, and COD and chromaticity can be reduced from the treatment water 2 compared with the conventional case.
