Abstract:
To provide a feed additive enabling healthy aquaculture of fish and shellfish, and environmental conservation, and to provide a method for producing the additive.
The feed additive is produced by mixing the by-product of animal food, the residue of vegetable food, the residue of edible seaweed, mineral-containing sedimentary layers, antioxidant substance-containing vegetables, charcoal, and microorganism together, and fermenting the resultant mixture.
