Abstract:
To provide a feed for a ruminant domestic animal, used for increasing milk yield and improving milk quality when given to a milk cow, and for accelerating to increase growth when given to a calf or beef cattle.
This feed for the ruminant domestic animal contains propylene glycol in an amount of at least 0.01% on a dry feed basis and a by-pass protein which is not digested in rumen (the first stomach) but passes through it to be decomposed in abomasum (the forth stomach) in an amount of at least 35% based on crude proteins.
