PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a hummer phenomenon due to annihilation of a mismeasurement of flow rate of drain water and bubbles and to allow efficient heat exchange, by preventing discharge of the drain water containing steam bubbles.
SOLUTION: A heating pipe 13 comprising a plurality of tubules 12 is disposed in a cylindrical body part 11 disposed substantially horizontally. A heater has a drain cooler 24 that opens toward the bottom side of the body part 11 and guides and feeds drain water that is fed from a drain spout 25 formed of the opening and accumulates in the body part 11 to a drain outlet nozzle 23 disposed under the body part 11. The heater introduces steam for heating water passed through the tubules 12 of the heating pipe 13 from a steam inlet nozzle 21 disposed on the body part 11. The outer periphery of the opening edge of the drain spout 25 of the drain cooler 24 is provided with a preventing plate 42 of bubble mixing for suppressing variation of the level of the drain water accumulating on the bottom of the body part 11 and preventing the mixing of the steam from the drain spout 25.
