Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and the stability of a feedback control system, by adding a compensated feedback control system which uses the estimated quantity for controlling n-sec earlier, obtained from a real data as the feedback signal in parallel to a basic feedback control system. CONSTITUTION:For a 1-loop basic feedback control system S, a numerical formula model expressing the quantity y2(t) of an optional time (t) is obtained by a minimum squaring method, etc. and from plural time series data obtained by varying the target value y(t) with the step signal, etc. Using this formula model, the quantity y2(t+n) to be controlled n-sec earlier is estimated on the basis of the data obtained up to the present point. Then a compensated feedback control system is formed to use the quantity y2(t+n) to the feedback signal. This obtained control system is added in parallel to the control system S to obtain a control system S' with compensated feedback. Thus both control systems are compensated with each other to keep the stability although the gains of both systems may change.
