Abstract:
To provide a molding machine in which a preheating time for a molding substrate is short, the temperature of the molding substrate in a pot is uniformized to uniformize an injection speed into a molding die and to reduce molding defects, a molding substrate having high hardness and high viscosity can be used and productivity is improved by the plasticization promotion of the molding substrate by improvement of temperature control performance.SOLUTION: A molding machine 1 comprises: a distribution die 3 provided with a pot 31 storing a molding substrate 10 and a nozzle 33; a plunger 5 vertically movably provided and fitted into the pot upon lowering; a feeding device 7 for feeding the molding substrate into the pot; and a molding die 9 receiving the molding substrate from the inside of the pot. The feeding device comprises: a barrel 71; a charging mechanism 73 charging the molding substrate into the barrel; a rotary screw 75 in the barrel; and a temperature control mechanism 77 controlling the temperatures of the barrel and the rotary screw. The molding substrate is extruded by the driving of the rotary screw, and the plasticized and temperature-controlled molding substrate is exhausted into the pot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
