Abstract:
To properly detect a rotation speed of a motor in an electric opening/closing device by a compact constitution with suppressed cost.SOLUTION: An electric opening/closing device for opening/closing a toilet seat or a toilet lid includes: a motor; a speed reduction mechanism having multiple gears including a gear engaging with an output gear attached to a rotating shaft of the motor, and for transmitting the torque of the motor to the toilet seat or the toilet lid; a multipolar magnet plate attached to the rotating shaft, in which a different magnetic poles different in a circumferential direction are provided alternately; and a magnetism detection element arranged on the radial direction outside to the multipolar magnet plate, and on the furthermore radial direction inside than an outer peripheral surface of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
