The connecting tool 11 has a swallowing tool 17 fixed to the column 3 and having a hollow part 23 for opening the furring strip 7 side and a holder 21 arranged in the hollow part 23 of the swallowing tool 17 and holding the column side end 19 of the furring strips by separating from the inner wall surface of the swallowing tool 17. The holder 21 journals one end 21a to the swallowing tool 17 by a horizontal shaft 27, and journals the other end 21b to the end 19 of the furring strips by a horizontal shaft 29.
