Abstract:
To provide a fermented product having high bioactivity, and to provide an oral composition and a percutaneous composition each using the fermented product.
The fermented product having high bioactivity is obtained by acting a microbe (especially lactobacillus such as Lactobacillus plantarum and or Bacillus mesentericus) on celery. Concretely, the fermented product excellent in bioactivity such as enzyme inhibitory activity (tyrosinase inhibitory activity, α-glucosidase inhibitory activity) is provided. Especially, fermentation with lactobacillus is suitable and its products are utilized as a raw material for many foods, cosmetics, medicines and quasi drugs.
