PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermenter for organic resource which can let air out of the inside of vessel in a short time and performs the space-saving of storage, the facilitation of conveyance and transport and the enhancement of operability at the same time by reducing the external form of the vessel.
SOLUTION: This fermenter for organic resource stores and ferments organic resources discharged by dischargers and, thereby, enables the recycling as fertilizer and feed. The container type closed fermenter is provided with a container body which has the opened upper surface and has the closed bottom surface and side surfaces, an upper part vessel which has the opened bottom surface, has the closed side surfaces and upper surface and is stored and arranged vertically movably in the vessel body and an upper part vessel-moving means which enhances packing density of organic resources in the vessel body by lowering the upper part vessel in the state of storing a prescribed quantity of the organic resources in the vessel body. The upper part vessel-moving means has a guide support which is integrally disposed on the vessel body and the upper vessel, a guide roller and an elevating/lowering cylinder.
