Abstract:
To provide a ferrite core in which electromagnetic characteristic is excellent and electromagnetic conductivity is improved, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: In a ferrite core, it is a subject matter that a carbon material is added to a ferrite material. The rate of addition of the carbon material to the ferrite material is preferably 0.5 wt.% to 10 wt.%. Atomic carbon may be also used as the carbon material. Further, a high frequency wave (resonance wave) may be radiated to the carbon material for producing resonance carbon. It is a subject matter that the manufacturing method of the ferrite core of the present invention includes a step for preparing the ferrite material, a step for adding the carbon material to the ferrite material, and a step for producing the ferrite core by calcinating the ferrite material to which the carbon material is added. Atomic carbon may be used as the carbon material or the resonance carbon material to be added to the ferrite material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
