Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced light metallic cylinder liner, a manufacturing method of the fiber-reinforced light metallic cylinder liner, and a manufacturing method of a cylinder block of an internal combustion engine with the fiber-reinforced light metallic cylinder liner cast therein.
In this fiber-reinforced light metallic cylinder liner, matrix light metal is formed on an inner side of the cylinder liner with preliminarily fiber formed body for the particle diffusion type or particle non-diffusion type fiber-reinforced light metallic cylinder liner cast therein.
