PURPOSE: To provide a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet having good mechanical properties in which the influence of sheet thickness is small and the stability is excellent.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet is made such that thermoplastic resin is integrally impregnated into a mat or non-woven fabric consisting of the long fiber weave- knitted fabric and heat resistant fiber of glass fiber, wherein at least two layered mat of the long fiber woven-knitted fabric and at least one layer of the mat or non-woven fabric are laminated in layered relation, besides, the thermoplastic sheet is fabricated such that respective layers are disposed of holding the mat or non-woven fabric therebetween by the long fiber woven-knitted fabric. The sheet can be utilized for a various kinds of moldings with good mechanical properties by stamping molding.
