Abstract:
To provide a fibrous cheese which can maintain ease of being torn, and achieve preferable threading properties when being torn.SOLUTION: A fibrous cheese is configured so that, a part of the cheese is raised at 10 mm/second along a fiber arrangement direction and is torn, an inclination of force to a time from 1.5 seconds to 3.5 seconds since start of the raising, is 50 mN/second or greater and 500 mN/second or smaller. The fibrous cheese is configured so that, when a part of the cheese is raised at 10 mm/second along the fiber arrangement direction and is torn, an average value of force in a time from 1.5 seconds to 3.5 seconds since start of the raising, is 2000 mN or smaller preferably, and is more preferably in a range from 300 mN or greater and 2000 mN or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
