Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission type display element panel, in which gas molecules staying inside a main space can be easily exhausted and a getter can be readily disposed. SOLUTION: In a structure of a field emission type display element panel, an auxiliary space 206 is formed at the back surface of a main space 26. A volume of the auxiliary space 206 is greater than that of the main space 26. The auxiliary space 206 is connected to the main space 26 via two or more holes 202. Consequently, it is possible to facilitate exhaustion inside the main space 26, easily dispose a getter 207, and suppress a decrease in degree of vacuum of the panel.
