Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament whose heat dissipation efficiency is increased and also to provide an incandescent lamp using the same.SOLUTION: A filament 1 is constituted by a W-based base material 11, an oxidation suppression layer 12 formed on the W-based base material 11, and a radiation suppression layer 13 formed on the oxidation suppression layer 12. The oxidation suppression layer 12 is a heat-resistant dielectric layer through which infrared light penetrates and composed of a high-temperature heat-resistant oxide, for example, a yttria stabilization zirconia oxide (YSZ). The radiation suppression layer 13 is also the heat-resistant dielectric layer through which the infrared light penetrates and composed of a single layer or a lamination of high-refractive index layer/low-refractive index layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
