PURPOSE: To obtain an easy-to-handle tile with pocket by bonding the central part of a plurality of bag sheets each having pockets on the opposite sides to the back of a cover through thermal fusion such that each bag sheet folds a sheet element into S-shape in cross-section while jointing the upper and lower edges thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Each bag sheet 5 folds a sheet element 8 into S-shape in cross- section and the left and right edges 5a, 5b are located on the opposite surface sides. Upper and lower edges 5c, 5d of the bag sheet 5 are jointed through thermal fusion to form pockets 6, 7. More specifically, each pocket 6, 7 is formed laterally by opening insertion ports 6a, 7a in the vicinity of the central part 5e of the bag sheet 5 such that the insertion ports 6a, 7a are located on the opposite sides when the bag sheet 5 is opened. A plurality of such bag sheets 5 are laminated and the central part be thereof is bonded to the back of covers 2, 3 through thermal fusion.
