To provide a filler for rod pin extracting holes which has excellent fillability to long and slender rod pin extracting holes, is easy to be integrated with an ALC panel, and has satisfactory handleability as well, and to provide a method for producing an ALC panel using the same.

There is disclosed the filler which is poured into rod pin extracting holes in a semi-cured state of water-base raw material slurry when water-base raw material slurry using a silicious component, a calcareous component and aluminum powder as the main material is made to flow into a molding flask in which reinforcement strips are suspended with rod pins and is made into a semi-cured state, and then, the rod pins are extracted, further, the demolded semi-cured bodies are cut corresponding to the reinforcement strips, and are thereafter subjected to autoclave curing so as to produce an ALC panel, wherein silica sand of 5 to 30 wt.%, calcium carbonate of 5 to 60 wt.%, a water-reducing material of 0.5 to 5.0 wt.% and water of 45 to 70 wt.% are added and mixed to the main raw material of 100 wt.% in total of solid components composed of a siliceous component of 50 to 70 wt.% and a calcareous component of 30 to 50 wt.%.
