Abstract:

To provide a fillet roll forming device simplifying device consfiguration to reduce a device cost and dispensing with arm position restoration.

The fillet roll forming device comprises: an arm opening/closing mechanism part 14 mounted to the other ends of an upper arm 11 and a lower arm 13 to make the arms openable/closable to obtain a clamping state of clamping a pin part or a journal part by a fillet roller 10 and a grip roller 12 and an unclamping state of releasing the clamping state; an arm support mechanism part 16 supporting the upper arm and lower arm to a frame 15; and an unclamp holding mechanism part 17 holding the upper arm and lower arm in the unclamping state. The unclamping holding mechanism part has a fixed pin 37 fixed to the frame, and fixed pin receiving parts 38, 39 mounted to the upper arm and lower arm respectively. The unclamping state is held by clamping the fixed pin by the fixed pin receiving parts.
