Title:
FILM CARRIER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02293835
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent damage to a film and injury to an operator by detecting the completion of film take-up when the ratio of the rotational amount, which a roller rotation detecting means detects, to the rotational amount, which a driving shaft rotation detecting means detects, stops decreasing or increasing, and stopping the rotation of a driving shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A supply shaft 2 is provided with an encoder E1 as the driving shaft rotation detecting means for detecting the rotational amount of the supply shaft; the rotary shaft of a guide roller 7 is provided with an encoder E2 as the roller rotation detecting means for detecting the rotational amount of the rotary shaft; a take-up shaft 3 is provided with an encoder E3; each encoder is connected to a control circuit 5 to detect the rotational amount and a rotating direction. A film is judged to be completely taken up when C2/C1 stops decreasing or increasing; here, C1 and C2 represent the rotational amount of the driving shaft 2 and the rotational amount of a film carry detecting roller 7, respectively. Consequently, the completion of film take-up is securely detected, and the rotation of the driving shaft is stopped. Thus, injury to an operator body and damage to a film can be prevented.
