Abstract:
To provide a film cartridge capable of reliably making a choice between free access and conditional access to a halfway rewound film cartridge and to provide a camera using the cartridge.
In the film cartridge, "conditional halfway rewinding" has been set as 5th classification of VEI (visual exposure indicator). When the film with "conditional halfway rewinding" is mounted, the camera determines the propriety of photographing after confirming whether a photographer is a user having a right of use of the film cartridge.
