The guide groove 40 is formed on an opposite surface to the backing plate 34 with respect to the supporting plate 33, and guides a strip film to the carrying path 14. The holder 30 is rotated centering around a shaft 42 from a cartridge loading position erected from the carrying path 14, tilted to the carrying path 14 according as the cartridge 35 is held or not, and set at either a film feeding position for feeding the photographic film from the cartridge 35 or a strip guiding position for guiding the strip film to the carrying path 14.
