When a release button 12 is depressed, a photographic information generating circuit 26 generates photographing information concerned with photographing such as a photographing date before light emission of a strobe light source 16 and electrically records the information in an IC memory 20 provided with a non-contact interface with the external. When photographing information is inputted from the external (R/W 21) through an antenna 50, the photographing information recorded in the IC memory 20 is changed by overwriting or set contents concerned with the photographing information are changed. When reuse reference information is previously recorded in the IC memory 20 and a film with a lens 10 is developed, whether the IC memory 20 can be reused or not is judged on the basis of the recorded information, a part of the recorded information is copied to an IC memory 20 of a new lens-fitted photographic film and the film is sold to a user.
