PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. curing quickly and giving a cured film excellent in water repellency by compounding a specific organosilazane copolymer, a specific photosensitizer, and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises an organosilazane copolymer comprising at least one kind of structural units selected from the group A consisting of structural units of formulas I, II, and III (wherein R<1> is an unsatd. fatty acid ester group; R<2> and R<3> are each H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (a) is 1-3 and (b) is 0-2 provided that (a+b) is 1-3; (m) is 2-5; (c) is (a) and (d) is (b) provided that (c+d) is 1-3; and (e) is 0-1 and (f), (g), and (h) are each 1-2 provided that (e+f+g+h) is 4), and at least one kind of structural units selected from the group B consisting of structural units of formulas IV, V, and VI (wherein (i), (j), (k), (l), and (p) are each (a) provided that (j+k+l) is 4) in such a ratio of structural units of group A to that of group B that the molar ratio of R<1> to H or R<2> is (5:95) to (40:60), a photosensitizer sol. in an org. solvent such as toluene (e.g. 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one), and an org. solvent.
