To manufacture a film laminated steel plate of superior corrosion resistance and water resistance to be used as a material replacing a vinyl chloride steel plate.
A plated layer, a primer layer, a bonding agent layer and a printed polyethylene terephthalate film are laminated successively on the surface of a primary steel of a film laminated steel plate. The plated layer is a galvanized layer of a Zn-Al alloy plated layer containing Al of 10wt.% or less. Titanium oxide of 50 pts.wt. or more and an aluminum polyphosphate pigment of 10-100 pts.wt. to resin of 100 pts.wt. are contained in the primer layer. The printed face of the printed polyethylene terephthalate film is disposed on the bonding agent layer side. Fe3+ ions and Zn2+ ions from the primary steel and the plated layer are chelated by the aluminum polyphosphate pigment by the arrangement to improve the corrosion resistance and water resistance of the laminated steel plate.
