Title:
FILM SHEET WITH INK RECEIVING LAYER ALLOWING IMAGE TO BE FORMED BY PHOTOCOPYING TECHNIQUE, ON ONE SURFACE OF BASE MATERIAL FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3407248
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image that can display desirable display function with excellent light diffusivity by simple photocopying technique by forming an ink receiving layer on the surface of a base material film for using ink formed by mixing beads in a specific state into an ink base.
SOLUTION: An ink receiving layer 1 of 5 μ-100 μ in thickness is formed on the surface of a base material film 2 particularly by screen printing, using ink formed by mixing beads which are spherical bodies of 5 μ-40 μ in average grain diameter, at 15-35 wt.% in an ink base. The ink base contains a component that can be solidified or hardened by polymerization, cross-linking, or the like with ionizing radiation such as ultraviolet rays or electron beams. As the beads, it is desirable to be narrow in grain diameter distribution, and glass beads, resin beads formed of a silicone resin or the like is used. In the case of the grain diameter being less than 10 μ, image quality is not improved, and in the case of being larger than 40 μ, light diffusion effect is small, and surface friction is large, so that the surface is easily flawed.
