CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (A) having a degree of polymn. of 250W2,500 is blended with 30W150pts.wt. nitrile/butadiene rubber (B) having an acrylonitrile content of 15W35wt%, 0W50pts.wt. plasticizer (C) such as di-n- octyl phthalate and optionally, 0.1W10pts.wt. stabilizer (D). The mixture is kneaded at 180°C in a mill roll and molded into a film of 20W150μ is thickness by a molding method such as calender roll, extrusion, inflation method, etc.
