Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a film winding device for a film unit with a lens, capable of preventing a shaft holding a gear from being broken or bent, even if a heavy load is applied to the gear.
CONSTITUTION: The gear 52 is composed of a disk-like tooth part 54 having a row of teeth 54a formed on the periphery and a supporting part 55 integrally formed in the lower part of the tooth part 54. Moreover, a shaft hole 56 is bored from the bottom surface of the supporting part 55 to the top surface of the tooth part 54 and a shaft 57 projectingly and integrally provided with the base plate 10 of the film winding device 2 is inserted through the shaft hole 56. A ring-like supporting cylinder 59 is provided integrally with the base plate 10, so as to surround the outer periphery of the supporting part 55. By such a constitution, the gear 52 is doubly supported by the shaft 57 and the supporting cylinder 59. When the shaft 57 to which the gear 52 is pivotally fitted tries to bend even a little, the supporting cylinder 59 is abutted on the supporting part 55 of the gear 52, to prevent the shaft 57 from being bent or broken.
