Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3481694
Kind Code:
B2

PURPOSE: To alter to and use not only a normal cooking but also high- temperature cooling in a temperature sensor which is formed of a temperature sensitive ferrite and a magnet and is operated by utilizing only the change of magnetism.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature sensor for a heating cooker comprises a temperature sensitive ferrite 1 in close contact with the bottom of a pit by a set spring 4 via a holder cover 6, and a magnet 2 attracted to or separated from the ferrite 1 by utilizing the change of the magnetism. The spring load of the spring 12 for setting and altering the temperature to energize the magnet 2,in the separating direction is varied by a temperature setting and altering lever to be altered to not only normal cooking of 'tempura', etc., but also high- temperature cooking such as roasting Vienna sausage or fried dishes.
