Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter material for liquid filter which is a filter material for liquid filter using a nylon fiber, has a low basis weight and a small diameter and is excellent in chemical resistance, and can maintain high strength, high collection property and high life, and to provide a liquid filter.SOLUTION: A filter material for liquid filter is made from a nylon fiber, and is obtained using a binder fiber that is made from a main fiber having a fiber diameter of 1.0 μm or less and a nylon fiber and has a fiber diameter of 10.0 μm or less so that a weight ratio of the binder fiber is 10-50 wt.% with respect to the weight of the filter material and a basis weight is within a range of 5-40 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
