Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter structure capable of replacing only a filter element, requiring no replacement and dispensing with the disposal treatment of parts, or the like.
SOLUTION: This filter structure has an inner pipe 20 having flange parts 24 and 25 formed thereto, the cylindrical filter element 30 comprising filter paper 31, a lower seal member 40 arranged over the range from the lower end part of the filter element 30 to the lower flange part 25 of the inner pipe 20, a lower cap 50 arranged to the lower part of the lower seal member 40 and freely detachably screwed on the lower flange part 25 of the inner pipe 20, an upper seal member 60 arranged over the range from the whole of respective corrugated parts 320 provided to the upper end part of the filter element 30, an upper cap 70 screwed on the upper flange part 24 of the inner pipe 20 in a freely detachable manner so as to cover the upper seal member 60 and an upper pressing tray 80 clamped to the upper cap 70 integrally by a clamping member 85 screwed on a screw rod 12. By this constitution, only the filter element, which becomes necessary to replace by the occurrence of clogging, or the like, can be replaced, and, since this filter structure is different from conventional ones in an aspect requiring no replacement, the disposal treatment of parts, or the like, becomes unnecessary.
