Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-temperature gas flow where an ultra-fine particle that is nearly equivalent to that being generated at an actual high-temperature gas furnace is carried.
SOLUTION: A high-temperature nitrogen gas of a specific pressure is sprayed to silver being melted by a silver particle generator to allow a silver particle to fly, and the silver particle borne on a nitrogen gas flow is carried to a filter 81 for testing where a filter holder 6 is set and a rear-stage filter 82. In the filter holder 6, the inner diameter of a gas flow passage is gradually increased from the upstream side to the downstream and is throttled to a small diameter near the downstream for generating turbulence in the high-temperature gas flow, and at least a filter 81 for testing is set to the region where the turbulence cannot be extinguished.
