PURPOSE: To bypass cleaning water, evenly disperse dynamic pressure and prevent the breakdown of the top surfaces of branch collecting paths by providing a buffer plate tilting toward the influent direction of the cleaning water in the collecting path of the filtering vessel.
CONSTITUTION: A buffer plate 8 which opposes to the inlet and outlet 4 in the main collecting path 5 of a filtering vessel 1 is disposed. This plate 8 has vertical water passing gaps for the collecting path 5 and is mounted in the collecting path with its top end is tilted to the inlet and outlet side 4 with respect to its bottom end. Adjusting windows 9 are provided according to the flow to the plate 8. With such constitution, the flow of the cleaning water advancing straightforward from the inlet and outlet 4 is hampered by the plate 8 to change its flow downward, thence it is bypassed so as to flow into the back of the plate 8, whereby the straightforward dynamic pressure in the influent direction is evened and dispersed. The windows 9 replenishes part of the cleaning water which advances straightforward from the inlet and outlet 4 to the back of the plate 8 including abnormal turbulence to ease the abnormal turbulence as well as to ease the pressure differences between the front and back of the plate 8. In the figure, 6 denotes branch collecting paths and 3 a filtering layer.
