Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a joint which has strength and is complete in sealing and does not cause leak and is easy in coupling and separation and free from stagnation of liquid by incorporating the pipeline connected part and the joint of a vessel into the structure of the vessel and constituting the special joint.
CONSTITUTION: A piping 2 is fixed by directly providing tapped holes in the inlet and the outlet of fluid and an exhaust part of the cover body of a vessel 1 and screwing a camping nut 3 thereto. The combination part of a bush 4 and the inlet and the outlet of fluid in the cover body of the vessel 1 is constituted of face sealing B. The contact part of the piping 2 and the bush 4 is constituted of edge sealing A. The edge of the internal face of the clamping nut 3 is bitten into the external face of the piping 2 by screwing the nut 3 to the combination part of the vessel 1. Furthermore the force is transferred to the contact face of the piping 2 and the bush 4 and to the contact face of the butt part in the combination part of the end face of the bush 4 and the vessel 1. The piping 2 is stuck to the vessel 1. In the edge sealing A, the flared bush 4 is press-inserted into the end part of the piping and thereby the pipe diameter is enlarged therein. Further in the clamping nut 3, the nearly upper half of the external surface is formed into a tetrahedron and a screw thread is nicked in the lower part. The cylindrical part of the internal face is formed into a stepped shape.
