Title:
FINE AGGREGATE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FINE AGGREGATE AND METHOD OF CLASSIFYING BLAST FURNACE GRANULATED SLAG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3831693
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently classifying quenched blast furnace slag to obtain good quality fine aggregate for cement concrete or mortal by the classification. SOLUTION: The fine aggregate for cement concrete or mortal is manufactured by classifying blast furnace granulated slag obtained by quenching molten slag produced from a blast furnace with water. The fine aggregate for cement concrete or mortal is the blast furnace granulated slag in which the ratio of fine powder having ≤0.3 mm particle diameter is ≤12% and is a mixed fine aggregate manufactured by mixing the blast furnace granulated slag with other fine aggregate.
