To provide a fine air bubble generator capable of more effectively generating air bubbles of a micro size or a nano size in a liquid that passes on.

The fine air bubble generator 1 configured by a case 21 having a bottom that comparts a cylindrical reforming spacing 22, a vibrating plate 11 provided so as to block an opening side of the case 21, and an ultrasonic vibrator unit 12 provided on the vibrating plate to vibrate the vibrating plate, wherein a liquid inflow section is formed along the tangential direction of a cylindrical wall surface of the case 21 that comparts the reforming spacing 22 and a liquid outflow section is opened at almost the center on the vibrating plate side of the reforming spacing 22, and, the above liquid outflow section is configured by a vibrating plate side communication hole 15 having a fluid outlet hole 24 that penetrates a liquid outflow pipe 24A formed in the case 21, a central opening section 17 that is opened at almost the center of the vibrating plate 11, a peripheral opening section 18 that is opened at a position opposed to an outflow opening section 26 on the reforming spacing side of the liquid outflow pipe 24A, is provided.
