A container 1 such as a box supported on a rotation shaft 30 is rotated in a casing 10. The container 1 such as the box is divided to eight parts by a partition wall 2 and an experimental subject is placed in the container 1. Fins 3 are disposed, at a multi stage, on an inner periphery wall surface of the casing 10 with an axial predetermined gap. When the container such as the box is rotated conventionally, a turbulence of the air stream is generated at a periphery, a vortex flow is generated and noise and vibration are generated following the vortex flow. However, in the present invention, since the container 1 such as the box is annular and integrally formed and the fins 3 are disposed at the periphery thereof, the air stream at the periphery becomes a uniform flow by a flow-adjusting effect and the noise and the vibration caused by the turbulence of the air stream and inhibited.
