To provide a fine spinning frame equipped with a spindle device in which a radial force produced on precession movement is separated from spindle bearings and which can economically be manufactured and simply assembled.
A spindle 30 including a spindle upper side portion 10 and a separate driving device is provided. The separate driving device is composed of an electric motor including a rotor 4 attached and connected to a spindle shaft portion 2 and a stator 5 connected to a bearing housing 11. The spindle shaft portion is supported through bearings 6, 7 attached to the bearing housing. The spindle 30 is movably attached to a machine frame 15 by attaching means 3 above the electric motor. The attaching means 3 is formed to enable a spindle precession rotated to draw a conical plane 73. Therein, a precessional rotation point 9 for forming a tip of the conical plane is placed at the height of a spindle-attached portion.
