Title:
FINGER RUBBER FOR BOWLING BALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02279179
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain finger rubber for bowling ball, for which friction coefficient is large and which easily absorbs sweat by providing porous structure in a part of a finger hole side at least in the finger rubber for bowling ball.

CONSTITUTION: For finger rubber 24 for bowling ball, the porous structure is wholly provided. Hole diameters 23 are prepared in advance, respectively, as sizes matched to the thickness of the second and third fingers for a bowler. In a part 25, the thickness of the rubber is made thick so that the finger can be more satisfactorily hung to this part. Finger rubber 24 is inserted into a ball 21, which is bored in the outer diameter dimension of the finger rubber, in advance and fixed to the bowl by an adhesive. Since the part of the finger hole 23 in the finger rubber is equipped with porous structure 26, the friction coefficient with the finger is made large and further, since the sweat is absorbed into the rubber, the finger and finger rubber are not slipped. Then, the ball of sharp rolling can be continuously bowled.
