Abstract:
To provide a deburring/finishing device and a method of a highly hard material, capable of performing efficient finishing work, by performing accurate finishing even in a deep hole part.
This finishing device has a cylindrical supply nozzle 5 for injecting a polishing material 4 toward a working part of a workpiece, a suction nozzle 6 for sucking and recovering the injected polishing material 4, and a pump 14 connected to the supply nozzle 5 and the suction nozzle 6 and generating an air flow for circulating the polishing material 4.
