A camber amount sensing member 42 forming a camber amount detector 41 is mounted to a lower surface of the X-axis table 22, and a camber amount detecting element 43A is mounted to the upper surface 11a of the bed 11. A control device 45 and a display 49 are connected to the camber amount detecting element 43A, and a camber amount of the X-axis table 22, i.e., precision of a grinding process for the work W, is displayed on the display 49.
