Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire door capable of exhibiting high fire-resistant performance of exceeding, for example, two hours, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A fire door 1 comprises an outer frame 2 and a door body 3 arranged inside the outer frame 2. The outer frame 2 comprises a pair of jambs 21 extending in the longitudinal direction Y and separating in the lateral direction X and a horizontal frame 22 positioned in an upper part in the longitudinal direction Y of the jambs 21 and extending in the lateral direction X. The door body 3 includes a fire-resistant layer 30 and a surface material 31 arranged on a surface, a reverse surface and a side surface of the fire-resistant lyer 30. The fire-resistant layer 30 includes a fire-resistant board 32 arranged side by side by two sheets in the thickness direction Z and a soundproof material 33 arranged between the fire-resistant board 32 and itself. In a side surface of the fire-resistant layer 30, a thermally expansive fire-resistant material 4 can also be provided between the surface material 31 and itself. The thermally expansive fire-resistant material 4 is also provided on an inner surface of the outer frame 2, that is, on a surface opposed to the fire-resistant layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
