Title:
FIRE-RESISTING COVERING MATERIAL FOR STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0571169
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve workability by constituting the fire-resisting material out of a calcium silicate plate and a fiber reinforced cement board or a combed gypsum board arranged outside the calcium silicate plate, and forming them into a composite plate of one body in a factory.

CONSTITUTION: The fire-resisting covering material 1 for a pillar or a beam of steel construction is constituted of a calcium silicate plate 2 as a fire-resisting layer, and a fiber reinforced cement board 3 or a combed gypsum board arranged outside the calcium silicate plate having waterproof property and prescribed hardness. Next, the calcium silicate plate 2 and the fiber reinforced cement board 3 or the combed gypsum board are previously formed into a composite plate of one body on the manufacturing line of a prescribed factory, and carried in a work-field. In the field, at first a prescribed bed material 5 is at first fitted to the outer circumferential part of a pillar of steel construction facing to the outward, hereafter, the fire-resisting covering material 1 is fixed to the bed material 5 with screws. Hereby, workability in the field can be remarkably improved.
